Welcome to the First AME Zion Church San Jose.  We are a community of Christians who love God and fellowship together, seeking to glorify God and live in the abundance of His presence and provision. Whomever you are or whatever your situation, we invite you to get to know us and discover how God is being exalted in the midst of this church. Our mantra “Come Home" reflects the Church's acceptance of all people who seek salvation, have a desire to exercise their spiritual gifts and talents and need a plae to worship.    We open wide our doors and in the name of Jesus, The Christ, we bid you welcome! It is from the words of the song "Home" from The Wiz, "When I think of home, I think of place where there's love overflowing."  We pray that as you are seeking a church home that you would consider us, and we are hoping that you experience the love of Christ and His presence as you explore our web site.
